Booking - 2012

As an alternative to paying by cheque.
You can now make all payments with your credit card or electronic cheque!

First check the 2012 chart below and phone or email us to
check dates before making further arrangements (blue signifies "booked").

1. The Booking Form must be accompanied by a deposit cheque of 25% of the property rental, for which an email receipt will be issued.

2. The balance of the rental is to be paid no less than 8 calendar weeks prior to commencement of holiday. Bookings made within the 8 week period are to be paid in full at the time of booking.

3. If a cancellation is made more than 13 weeks before the rental start date, a full refund of the deposit will be given.  If made between 8 and 13 weeks, we will return the payments in full if we can re-book the Gite.  After the full payment is made, a refund cannot be given although we will do so if we get the chance to relet the booking.  We strongly advise that you take out Holiday Insurance to cover the possibility of cancellation outside of your control.

4. We require a returnable cash deposit of £200 (300 €) when you arrive to cover any minor damage or breakages

5. Check in time is 4.00pm and we ask that you vacate by 10.00am to allow us to ensure the gite is spotless for the next visitor. You are expected to clean the gite before you leave - full cleaning materials are supplied.  We can do this for you at a charge of 65€  if this service is booked in advance.

6. Cycle Hire - we have a limited number of modern mountain bikes in various sizes available - 20€ per week or 10€ per day - please book on the form.

Prices are inclusive of all linen, sheets, towels ( NOT swimming pool towels), basic cleaning materials, oil, electricity and water.
